Another Sheriff in Town

  Signature Service Real Estate is pleased to announce Ashley Schmaltz as the new Sales Office Manager for Signature Service Real Estate Medicine Hat.  Jointly with Glen Chapman, licensed since 1982 and the highly respected Managing Broker of the Medicine Hat office since 1996, Schmaltz will guide, train, and manage the daily operations of the Signature Service Real Estate Office.



   Schmaltz, who is recently engaged to Mr. K. Moser, was born and raised in Fox Valley, Saskatchewan.  She moved to Medicine Hat in 2001 to attend the Medicine Hat College.  Schmaltz graduated from the Business Administration program with a major in Marketing and started working in Real Estate in October of 2005.  One of her passions is participating in, and teaching, fitness classes at Heartbreakers Dance and Fitness.


   This unique multi-generational management team is the first and only of its kind in the Alberta real estate industry.  With Glen Chapman as the Managing Broker, and Ashley Schmaltz as the Office Sales Manager, Signature Service Real Estate Medicine Hat is proud to have One of Alberta Real Estate Association’s Honorable Life Members with extensive knowledge and expertise, while offering millennial motivation, media tools, and training.
